Publicity is hiring for some new coordinator positions!

Hey guys! This year I am the Public Relations Manager and am looking to hire 3 coordinators for sakuracon 2011!

These coordinator positions are:

Information booth Coordinator
ID/Passbooth Coordinator
Reception Room Coordinator


All three of these positions will required to work closely with each other to create a cohesive whole that functions as one unit.
The Info Booth Coordinator organizes and runs the informations booth with a team of staff and will work closely with all departments to help create a great con environment for all attendees.

ID/Passbooth coordinator will organize and run the ID/Passbooth with a team of staff to create an easy and convenient way for con goers to receive their ID stamps and event wristbands.

The Reception Room coordinator organizes and runs the reception room with a team of staff and will need to know everything that info booth knows as well as information for dealers, guests and other miscellaneous things. This area works very closely with the dispatch team in the ops office to help provide superior service.


For all three of these positions we are looking for a self-starter who has great work ethic and is willing to continue to help run these areas to in a high quality and friendly manner.
