Programming Night Manager

Programming is looking for individuals for our Night Manager Position.

Duties include:
- Ensuring late-night and overnight programming runs efficiently and without problems
- Taking care of minor problems in late-night and overnight programming
- Working with SAS to ensure minor sweep is done promptly at 1am without causing any major disruptions
- Overseeing the Programming Office and answering any questions attendees may have
- Reporting any events that happened overnight to the Programming Office Manager and the Programming Directorship
- Reporting any major incidents immediately to the Programming Directorship
- Taking charge of the department in the overnight hours

Requirements:
- Manager or Coordinator position previously with this or another convention
- A level head, some of our biggest problems have happened overnight
- Ability to stay awake from approximately 11p - 8a
- Customer service skills
- Communication skills
