Panel Idea: 15 second panel

This panel was suggested by MarzGurl during her WoW live broadcast. She said every con needs to have this panel, and I agree.
The premise is that for the duration of the panel, every 15 seconds, the panelist makes a fart noise.

If our con was a day earlier, I could totally see this happening as an April fool's prank to an unsuspecting victim's sound system, but since it's not...

I'm curious of how you plan to keep people at the panel. Jokes do get old after a certain amount of time (note: 1 hour). People can get up and leave, and this is something you should plan around avoiding. Based on the post you have linked us to, it appears to need a focus to keep people laughing, and not just talking about a panel with noises.

I'm sure it's just gonna come off as one big, "Uh..."

I recall during some April fools prank, that Adult Swim nailed an episode of FMAlchemist with these sounds. The motive to stay was the TV show, and the timing was amazing.

I mentioned this panel while I was in anime club and someone thought they knew what I was talking about and turned around and said "Yeah, I heard that it was really beautiful but also quite depressing" and I thought it was the perfect description for the panel. I tried to basically banter in between making fart noises on my livestream in the style of Every 15 Seconds last night and it was actually really just mentally taxing. I mean, try counting every second for a half hour.
